10.30.090 Spark Arrester and Muffler.
Any motor vehicle operated within the City shall be equipped with a spark arrester and also with a muffler as defined in Vehicle Code Section 27150. No person shall operate a motor vehicle unless it is so equipped with a spark arrester and muffler.
