10.16.050 Disabled Person Parking Spaces Loading and Unloading Areas Designated.

On any street or portion of street, or on any public parking lot or parking facility, when marked by cross-hatched lines in the area adjacent to a disabled person parking space, it shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave standing any vehicle in said area. This Section shall also apply to any privately owned and maintained off-street parking facility.
