10.06.100 Duty, Obligation of Operators of Vehicles Exempt from Chapter.
The exemptions contained in Section 10.06.090 shall not, however, relieve the operator of any such vehicle from the obligation to exercise due care for the safety of others or the consequences of his willful disregard of the safety of others.
