A. No person shall place graffiti or other writing upon any public or privately owned tree or structure including, but not limited to, buildings, walls, fences, poles and signs, (“structures” hereinafter in this Chapter) located within the City. It shall also be unlawful for any person to apply or affix any adhesive backed label, sticker, “bumper sticker” or similar item to any tree or structure not owned or lawfully possessed by such person.
B. No person owning or otherwise in control of any real property within the City shall permit or allow any graffiti to be placed upon or remain on any structure located on such property.
