A violation of any part of this Chapter is an infraction, and the fine for such violation shall be as follows:
A. For a first offense, the fine shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
B. For a second offense, the fine shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).
C. For a third or subsequent offense within any twelve (12) month period, the fine shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00), and the offender’s right to use the skate park facility shall be suspended for a period of not less than six (6) consecutive months.
D. The parent or legal guardian having control or custody of an unemancipated minor whose conduct violates this Chapter shall be jointly and severally liable with the minor for any fines imposed pursuant to this Chapter.
