9.15.020 Motor Vehicle Operation - Off-Road Dust Provision.

No person shall drive any motor vehicle, including a motorcycle, motor driven cycle or off-road vehicle, on any land in such a manner as to create any dust or dirt emission beyond any boundary line of the parcel upon which the off-road vehicle is being operated.
