9.05.030 Violation a Misdemeanor.

Any person who violates any provision or who fails to comply with any of the requirements of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor for each and every violation and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of Sections 1.20.010 through 1.20.040 of Chapter 1.20 of Title 1 of this Code.
