The Applicant or any interested person may appeal a decision of the WMP Compliance Official made pursuant to this Chapter to the City Council by filing a written appeal with the City Clerk, within ten (10) business days from the date of the ruling of the WMP Compliance Official. Determinations subject to appeal would include, but not necessarily be limited to: (1) the granting or denial of an exemption; (2) whether the Applicant has acted in good faith; and (3) the amount of deposit to be released. The City Council shall render its decision after the close of the appeal hearing and its decision shall be final, subject to review pursuant to Sections 1094.6 et seq. of the Code of Civil Procedure.
