A. Each person, firm or corporation who fails to comply with any of the requirements of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of Title 1 of this Code and State law.
B. Each person, firm or corporation shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of this Chapter is committed, continued or permitted by such person and shall be punishable accordingly.
C. Each violation of the provisions of this Chapter shall constitute a public nuisance and be subject to abatement as such, pursuant to the provisions of this Title. The costs of abatement of any such nuisance shall be a lien upon the property involved.
