A. The term “City Seal” means the official seal of the City of Adelanto that was adopted by the Adelanto City Council pursuant to Resolution No. 96-07, adopted on February 13, 1996. The image of the City Seal is substantially the same as the form shown below:
B. The term “City Logo” means the official logo of the City of Adelanto that is displayed on official City documents, notices, stationery, City uniforms and vehicles, the image of which is substantially the same as the form of the City Seal.
C. The term “document” means any tangible or intangible form of communication or representation, including, but not limited to, any writing, as that term is defined in the California Public Records Act.
