A. Notwithstanding any County code provisions to the contrary, signs advertising a non-profit car wash shall be displayed only on the premises on which the car wash is conducted; and no sign shall exceed nine (9) square feet. No signs may be placed on any sidewalks or within any public right-of-way.
B. No solicitation may be done from any sidewalk or within any public right-of-way in a manner which impedes or otherwise endangers or interferes with the public’s use thereof.
