5.68.040   Number and Time of Non-profit Car Washes.
   A.   No person, persons or sponsoring organization shall conduct more than six (6) non-profit car washes in any calendar year.
   B.   Each day or portion of a day on which a car wash is conducted shall count as one (1) car wash.
   C.   Said car wash shall only be conducted between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
