A. In addition to the civil remedies and criminal penalties set forth above, any person that responsible for committing, causing or maintaining any violation of this Chapter may be subject to administrative remedies, as set forth by City ordinance.
B. Nothing in this Section shall preclude the City from also issuing an infraction or misdemeanor citation upon the occurrence of the same subject offense on a separate day.
