5.60.420   Nonconforming Uses and Permits.
   A.   All permittees legally permitted to engage in massage therapy business activities on the effective date of this Chapter, which are in noncompliance as a result of an amendment to this Chapter shall be deemed legal nonconforming and will be allowed to continue operation provided they are in compliance with all limitations and requirements of their original permit except as noted below.
   B.   Any expansion of massage services beyond those specified in the original approval shall require a newly issued permit pursuant to this Chapter.
   C.   All legal nonconforming individual permittees shall come into compliance with all licensing and operational criteria identified in this Chapter by the effective date of this Chapter.
   D.   All legal nonconforming establishment applicants and the prospective on-site manager(s), if other than the applicant, shall come into compliance with all licensing and operational criteria identified in this Chapter by the effective date of this Chapter.
   E.   All legal nonconforming establishments shall come into compliance with all licensing and operational criteria identified in this Chapter by the effective date of this Chapter.
