Representatives of the City including, but not limited to representatives of the Police Department, Community Development Department, building and safety division, fire department, health department and divisions thereof, may inspect the premises of a massage therapy establishment for the purposes of insuring compliance with the law at any time such establishment is occupied or open for business pursuant to the inspection provisions set forth in the Municipal Code, uniform codes adopted by the City, and applicable State and local laws and regulations.
