5.52.030 Alcoholic Beverages Prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person to sell, furnish, give away or permit anyone to consume any alcoholic beverage in any theater. It is also unlawful for any person to possess, consume or be under the influence of any alcoholic beverage while in any theater.
