5.20.010   Registration.
It is unlawful for any private patrol service to employ or have associated with it in the conduct of its business any private person who is not currently registered pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 7581(e). Current registration shall be presented to any law enforcement or code enforcement officer upon request.
