Upon application therefor, as provided in this Title, and when the applicant shall have tendered the license fee provided in this Title, it shall be the duty of the City Clerk to prepare and issue a license and to state upon the face of each license the following:
A. The name of the person to whom the same is issued.
B. The kind of business licensed thereby.
C. The location of such business.
D. The date of expiration of such license.
E. Such other information as may be necessary for the enforcement of the provisions of this Title.
