9.100.030   Provision, Sale and/or Distribution of Synthetic Drugs Prohibited.
   A.   It is unlawful for any person to provide, distribute or sell any Synthetic Drug within the City of Adelanto.
   B.   Merely disclaiming a Synthetic Drug as “not safe for human consumption” will not avoid the application of this Section.
