The manner, time, tenure and terms of office, with reference to the members of Boards of Education of such school districts, their qualifications, compensation, removal and the number which shall constitute any one of such boards shall continue to be as prescribed by the Constitution and laws of the State, as the same now exists or may hereinafter be amended.
