17.67.050 Telecommuting Centers
   Each single-family subdivision consisting of five hundred (500) or more homes or each mixed-use project containing five hundred (500) or more homes shall either provide one (1) telecommuting center or an in-lieu payment to the City sufficient to construct and staff such a center for a period of at least five (5) years.
