166.05 AGRICULTURAL LAND EXEMPTION.

CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF ADEL, IOWA

The division of land for agricultural use into parcels, all of which are 10 acres or more in area and have 400 feet or more of street or road frontage and which do not involve the creation of any new street or road, easement or other dedication, shall be exempt from the requirements of these regulations, provided however, that the provisions of applicable statutes and regulations are complied with.
