All uses shall provide five parking spaces per 1,000 square feet of gross floor area except as indicated below for the following uses:

Private clubs | 1 space per lodging room, plus spaces equal to 30 percent of capacity in persons |
Noncommercial community center | Parking spaces equal to 30 percent of capacity in persons |
Radio and TV stations | 1 space per 2 employees (5 spaces minimum) |

Manufacturing plants, testing laboratories, or bottling plants | 1 space per 1.5 plant employees plus 1 space for each research or managerial person plus 1 visitor parking space for each 10 managerial personnel or 1 space for each 500 square feet of gross floor area used for manufacturing, whichever is greater |
