165.14 EXPIRATION OF CONDITIONAL AND PERMANENT ZONING/BUILDING PERMITS.
If the work described in any Conditional/Special Use and/or Permanent Zoning/Building Permit has not begun within 180 days of its issuance, the permit shall expire and it shall be canceled by the Zoning/Building Administrator. Written notice of such cancellation shall be given to the applicant. If the work described in any Conditional/Special Use and/or Permanent Zoning/Building Permit has not been substantially completed within two years of its issuance, the permit shall expire and it shall be canceled by the Zoning/Building Administrator. Written notice of such cancellation shall be given to the applicant, together with notice that further work as described in the canceled permit shall not proceed unless and until a new permit has been obtained.
