The Zoning/Building Administrator, who shall be appointed by the Council and/or City Administrator, shall administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter. The Zoning/Building Administrator may be provided with the assistance of such other persons as the Council and/or the City Administrator may direct. The Zoning/Building Administrator also may serve as the Building Official and may be a corporation or other business entity.
