The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all lands within the jurisdiction of the City shown on the Official Flood Plain Zoning Map as being within the boundaries of the Floodway, Floodway Fringe and General Flood Plain (Overlay) Districts, as established in Section 160.11 of this chapter.. The Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) for Dallas County and Incorporated Areas, City of Adel, Panels 19049C0193G, 0194G, 0306G, 0307G, 0309G, 0326G, 0327G, and 0328G dated December 15, 2022, which were prepared as part of the Flood Insurance Study for Dallas County are hereby adopted by reference and declared to be the Official Flood Plain Zoning Map. The flood profiles and all explanatory material contained with the Flood Insurance Study are also declared to be a part of this chapter.
