The Iowa Statewide Urban Design Standards for Public Improvements, published by the Center for Transportation Research and Education of Iowa State University, dated 2005, and as from time to time amended or supplemented, are hereby adopted by reference as if set out fully by the City as the City’s design standards for public improvements.
