§ 34.037 FEES; JURISDICTION.

   Upon the approval of the County Board of Commissioners, pursuant to I.C. 16-20-1-27, the County Board of Health may establish and collect fees for specific services and records to include, but not limited to, the following services:

   (A)   Home health care as defined by § 1861(o) of the Social Security Act, being 42 U.S.C. § 1395x;

   (B)   Personal health services;

   (C)   Providing copies of birth and death records;

   (D)   Inspection of public eating and drinking establishments, food markets, food stands, and food markets;

   (E)   For supervision and inspection of sanitary installations; and

   (F)   For services provided under the federally funded and administered heath clinic.
