(A) A bulk user must submit a written request to the Recorder that identifies the requested bulk form copies with reasonable particularity.
(B) The Recorder may provide bulk form copies to bulk users by means of paper copies as well as electronic transmission, on a disk, tape, drum, or any other medium of electronic storage or microfilm.
(C) The Recorder may charge the sum of $0.15 per page for a copy of a recorded document (including the instrument’s book and page, if applicable) and for a copy of the indices used by the County Recorder for finding, retrieving, and viewing a recorded document.
(D) The fees prescribed and collected pursuant to this section shall supersede all other fees for bulk form copies required by law to be charged for services rendered by the Recorder to bulk users.
(E) The fees charged by the Recorder shall be paid into the County Treasury at the end of each calendar month and deposited into the Recorder’s Records Perpetuation Fund.
