§ 33.41 AUTHORITY AND AMOUNT TO COLLECT.
   The County Sheriff is hereby authorized to collect from a person confined to the County Jail a co-payment for each of the following services:
   (A)   Medical care: $15;
   (B)   Dental care: $15;
   (C)   Eye care: $15; and
   (D)   Prescriptions: $15.
