A County Community Corrections Advisory Board is hereby created and shall consist of the following members:
(A) County Sheriff, or the Sheriff’s designee;
(B) Prosecuting Attorney, or the Prosecuting Attorney’s designee;
(C) The Director of the County office of Family and Children, or the Director’s designee;
(D) The Executive of the City of Decatur, or the Executive’s designee;
(E) The Judges of the County Circuit and Superior Court, or their designees;
(F) The County Public Defender, or his, her, or their designee;
(G) The County Victim Advocate, or his, her, or their designee;
(H) One member of the County Council;
(I) One member of the County Probation Office;
(J) One Adams County School Superintendent;
(K) One psychiatrist, psychologist, or physician; and
(L) Four laypersons, at least one of whom must be a member of a minority race if a racial minority resides in the county and a member of that minority is willing to serve.
