§ 33.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   OFFENDER. A criminal offender, which is a person of any age who is convicted of a crime.
   SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT. The County Sheriff’s Department.
