§ 32.39 CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER; PLENIPOTENTIARY POWERS IN ABSENCE OF BOARD QUORUM.
   In the event that a quorum of the Board of Commissioners cannot be assembled for purposes of the meeting required under § 32.38, the Chief Executive Officer of the county shall be considered a plenipotentiary representative of the Board and shall have all powers and may take all actions of the full Board under § 32.40(A)(2) through (A)(13) until the assemblage of a quorum is possible.
