§ 32.20 EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT VOLUNTEERS.
   (A)   The Director shall make sure that all volunteer personnel meet the following qualifications before he or she is sworn in as a member:
      (1)   Be at least 18 years of age;
      (2)   Not convicted of a felony; and
      (3)   Complete and have on file an application form.
   (B)   Upon satisfaction of division (A) above and approval by the Council, the applicant is officially a member of the County Department of Civil Defense.
