§ 32.18 DEPUTY DIRECTOR.
   If a Deputy Director has been appointed pursuant to § 32.16(A)(2), he or she shall, during normal times, assist the Director in the performance of his or her duties. During an emergency, the Deputy Director shall perform the duties of Director in the absence or inability of the Director to serve.
