§ 153.115 ABROGATION AND GREATER RESTRICTIONS.
   This subchapter is not intended to repeal, abrogate, or impair any existing easements, covenants, or deed restrictions. However, where this subchapter and another ordinance conflict or overlap, whichever imposes the more stringent restrictions shall prevail.
