(A) The Comprehensive Master Plan of the county recognizes the county land and resources as precious assets which should be used wisely. The aims of the Master Plan are:
(1) To secure adequate light, air, convenience of access, and safety from fire, flood, and other danger;
(2) To lessen or avoid congestion in the public streets; and
(3) To promote public health, safety, comfort, convenience, and general public welfare.
(B) The Master Plan shall be kept on file in the office of the Commission of the county and shall be available for public inspection during regular business hours.
(C) The Master Plan addresses commercial, industrial, transportation, water and sewer needs, and plans for the implementation of such improvements.
