§ 31.038 COLLECTION AND DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS.
   The Administrator, or his or her designated representative, shall collect the price per meal from each employee when served. All such funds collected shall be receipted by the Administrator in a manner acceptable to the State Board of Accounts and shall be deposited on the last day of each month into the County General Fund.
