§ 31.035 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this subchapter is to authorize the serving of meals to County Home personnel at the County Home in connection with the preparation and serving of meals to residents housed at said facility and for the further purpose of establishing the fee charged per meal for each meal served to said county employees.
