(A) The Board of Commissioners are hereby designated as the Plan Administrator to serve until their resignation, removal, or replacement by their duly elected successors.
(B) The Plan Administrator shall exercise such authority and responsibility as it deems appropriate in order to comply with ERISA, including, but not limited to, any documents and notifications required to be given to participants and annual reports required to be filed with the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor.
