§ 152.47 IDENTIFICATION OF SIDE DITCHES IN NEED OF RECONSTRUCTION.
   The County Highway Superintendent, the County Highway Engineer, and the County Surveyor collectively shall identify county roads with side ditches currently in need of reconstruction as a result of farming, fencing, or landscaping activities.
