§ 112.20 HEARING.
   (A)   Upon the applicant(s) submitting a completed and signed application and the supporting documents, the Plan Commission shall conduct a public hearing within 30 to 90 days of receipt of said a completed and signed application. The Zoning Administrator shall announce the date and time of the public hearing to be held before the Plan Commission and give notice of the hearing to those persons and in the same manner as provided by the Commission for hearings for special exceptions and variances held before the Board of Zoning Appeals.
   (B)   The applicant shall be required to attend the hearing to answer questions and inquiries made by the Plan Commission as to the applicant’s application and operations. If the applicant believes other persons are necessary to address the Plan Commission’s questions and inquiries, then it shall be the responsibility of the applicant to make arrangements to have those person(s) present at the hearing.
   (C)   The Plan Commission at all hearings shall enter findings of fact into the record for each application properly filed for an intensive livestock operation permit. It is the practice of the County Plan Commission to create minutes of the meeting using the tape recording or electronic recording, and, thereafter deleting the recording.
