§ 112.16 EXISTING OPERATIONS.
   All existing intensive livestock operations shall be required to file an application for an intensive livestock operation in order to obtain permit to continue its operations. Existing intensive livestock operations will be required to demonstrate that their operations were in compliance with the local ordinances at the time they commenced operation of their intensive livestock operation. The applicant must be able to demonstrate compliance concerning the number of livestock, setbacks in place at the time the applicant started its operation and, further, that there have been no material changes since starting its intensive livestock operation.
