(A) All permittees shall ensure the proper disposal of all dead animals. Disposal shall occur within 24 hours of the death of the animal. All dead animals shall be disposed of using one of the following methods, as these terms are defined in § 112.01:
(1) Burial;
(2) Incineration; or
(3) Composting.
(B) If a manner of disposal proposed by an applicant is different than the three listed methods, then approval of the Plan Commission as to the proposed method is required.
