(A) Any person, firm, or entity that shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction and subject to a fine of not less than $200 and not more than $2,000 per offense, and each day the violation continues shall constitute a distinct and separate offense.
(B) The County Plan Commission shall also be entitled to seek any other legal equitable remedies available, including injunctive relief, against any person, firm, or entity who shall violate any provision of this chapter.
(C) The County Plan Commission shall be entitled to the payment by the violator for all legal fees, court costs, and expenses incurred to enforce this chapter.
(D) The remedies provided in this section shall be cumulative, and not exclusive.
