§ 110.04 PERMIT FEES.
   (A)   Prior to the issuance of a permit, other than a permit for a temporary food service establishment in accordance with § 110.03, the applicant therefor shall tender to the County Board of Health the permit fee of $30 if the application is filed prior to July 1 of the calendar year or $15 if the application is filed after July 1 of the calendar year. All applications for renewal on a calendar year basis shall be filed prior to the close of business on December 31 of each year and, if not so timely filed, a late fee of $10 must be paid in addition to the regular annual permit fee. The permit fee for a temporary food service permit shall be $5 for each day and in no event to exceed a total of $25.
   (B)   Any religious, educational, charitable, or other non-profit organization, or an organization that is exempt from the State Gross Income Tax as is provided in I.C. 6-2.5-5-26, shall be exempt from the payment of permit fees, although a permit must be obtained in compliance with § 110.03.
