§ 110.02 ADOPTION OF SANITATION REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   The sanitation requirements for food service or processing establishments, retail food stores, temporary food service establishments, commissaries, vending machines, and public eating and drinking establishments of the State Board of Health, as set out in Article 410 of the Indiana Administrative Code and in particular 410 I.A.C. 7-15.1, 410 I.A.C. 7-16.1, and I.A.C. 7-17 of said Code are hereby adopted as standards and sanitation requirements for food service or processing establishments, retail food stores, temporary food service establishments, commissaries, vending machines, and eating and drinking establishments in the county.
   (B)   410 I.A.C. 15.1, 16.1, and 17 and any and all later amendments to said articles as the same are published in the State Register or the Indiana Administrative Code with effective dates fixed therein are hereby incorporated into this chapter. Copies of such adopted standards and sanitation requirements shall be kept on file in the office of the Auditor of the county and in the office of the County Board of Health.
