§ 110.01 SCOPE.
   The provisions of this chapter shall apply to the operation of food service or processing establishments, retail food stores temporary food service establishments, commissaries, vending machines, and public eating and drinking establishments in the county, as the same are defined in 410 I.A.C. 15.1, 16.2, and 17.
