§ 93.03 EXCEPTIONS.
   Notwithstanding anything in this chapter to the contrary, this chapter shall not apply to:
   (A)   Any tract of land greater than 20 acres in size which is located in a district primarily zoned for agricultural use; or
   (B)   Compost piles located at least 100 feet from a public road.
