§ 91.05 APPEAL.
   The owner(s) of the abandoned vehicle, and/or the private land, if applicable, after receiving notice of violation of this chapter, shall have the right to appeal during the five-day period following receipt of notice from the County Sheriff. The appeal shall be filed in writing with the County Auditor.
